At which point, I suggest the Ipsusu gameplay filter in gshade. The nvidia filters I suggested above won't impact your UI in any significant way, so this won't be a big deal unless you turn up the sharpness too high and it mucks with the text. Gshade is the only took that's going to do that for you. The big advantage of gshade over nvidia is when you want to do more specialized filters, without impacting the UI. Many gshade filters are going for a different 'feel', which is fine if that's what you want. This is an excellent way to keep the game looking 'as designed' - it doesn't change the colors, just emphasizes them. You probably won't even need to adjust them much, if at all. That's really all you need to 'fix' the grey and blur. However, if all you want is some basic stuff then the nvidia filters work just fine! I would suggest Clarity, Colorfulness, and Adaptive Sharpen. When looking for presets, just be sure to use those that have gameplay in their name. Gshade is very simple to install and use.
